The Caste System was put in place as a means to perpetuate financial distinction amongst the social class (Upper Class/Middle Class/Lower Class). In today’s society we witness this right before our eyes as we see how important and delicate the topic of status is. Persons accordingly will even go as far as to go hungry but to ensure they wear the latest fashion and drive the most luxurious car and live in the biggest mansion to be considered one of high caliber. Now, this calls for serious concern.
Class is certainly different than caste. Class is how you manage yourself and the standards that are used to guide your life. Caste on the other hand, dictates that you are in he “upper room” so even if you can’t maintain the lifestyle, it pushes you to. Accordingly, the Caste System forces you to look down on persons and behave in a snobbish manner because it educates you that you don’t mix with “ordinary folks”. There is no humility within this system!
However, God created all man alike and He made no junk and no mistake and so to those who believe that their wealth and riches will take them to the pearly gates of Heaven, I urge you to practice the things that money can’t buy – class, love, and humility.
Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Acts 10:34 So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality,
Behaving in a manner that defile others is putting yourself in the role of God. Only God is above all and beyond all because he is all-sufficient and all-powerful. When you act like you are better than others, you are indeed being offensive to the principles of God. The Bible speaks to the meek and humility and the power it illuminates.
James 4:6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
Philippians 2:3-11 Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men…
I beseech you therefore to humble yourself, live a peaceful and quiet life. Deny yourself from being assigned to any system of this world but align yourself with the Kingdom of God and live accordingly.
